A license is required for any and all uses of the CVR/IT Consulting Project Management Template Library, in whole or in part (hereafter the "Template Library.")

Non-profit organizations or individuals may obtain a no-cost license for use of the templates in the Template Library.
Commercial entities must purchase a commercial license for use of the templates in the Template Library.

The following terms and conditions apply.

Template Licenses

Non-Profit Organizations - Definition:
If you work for or represent a Non-Profit Organization (i.e. government entities (local, state/provincial and federal/central), not-for-profits and all educational institutions) you may obtain a free license for use of the templates in the Template Library. Individuals who are studying Project Management may also obtain a free license for use of the templates in the Template Library.

Non-Profit Organizations and Individuals may:

Share these templates within their own organization.
Modify and use the templates within their own organization. Valid uses include Project Management training, management of projects and any other legal, internal, non-commercial use, or as part of personal studies in Project Management.
Post the template Library on their internal website as long as no one who is not licensed to use the Template Library can view or download it.

Non-Profit Organizations and Individuals may not:

Post any content from the Template Library on a website outside of their organization.
Expose any content from the Template Library in such a way that unlicensed individuals are able to view or download it.
Sell any content from the Template Library or any other material copyrighted by CVR/IT Consulting to any other party.
Distribute the Template Library to anyone outside of their organization.
Use the Template Library for any illegal purpose.

In all cases, copyright information within the Properties box of each document in the Template Library must be left intact. CVR/IT Consulting retains full copyright to all materials available through this website unless specifically stated otherwise.

Commercial Organizations - Definition
If you intend to use these templates in a for-profit organization, you must obtain a commercial license before you use any content from the Template Library. Only one commercial license is required for each Business Unit or Division of a commercial organization.

Holders of a commercial license may:

Modify and use the Template Library for use within their own organization.
Share the Template Library with others within their own organization.
Use the Template Library as a tool in the course of delivery of Project Management services to customers. Note, however, that they may NOT re-sell license to the Template Library.
Post the Template Library on their internal website as long as no one who is not licensed to use the Template Library can view or download it.

Holders of a commercial license to use the Template Library may not:

Post any content from the Template Library on a website outside of their organization unless the receiving party is a licensed user of the Template Library.
Expose any content from the Template Library in such a way that anyone who is not licensed to use the Template Library can view or download it.
Distribute content from the Template Library to anyone outside of their organization except where this is done in the context of delivering vendor to customer services, or where the recipients are licensed to use the Template Library.
Use the Template Library for any illegal purpose.

All holders of a valid license are encouraged to put a link to http://www.cvr-it.com/ on their website so that others may learn of the availability of these templates.
