OPM3® Overview
SEMINAR OVERVIEW:
The Project Management profession has long understood that organizations with a more mature project management process and culture are more likely to experience successful project implementations. With its introduction of the OPM3® product, PMI has provided a means of measuring Organizational Project Management Maturity. Further, OPM3® provides a means for developing an improvement program that can have significant impact on an organization's project success rate. OPM3® is both measurement tool and standard. Dr. Evans will present a short history of OPM3®, discuss the OPM3® standard, including the database engine that underlies the assessment tool, and then provide a look at the assessment tool itself.
